Changes
by Genevieve ~ March 20th, 2007. Filed under: News.After my sister pointed out that my last post was a month old, I thought it was time to keep you posted on our happenings. February turned out to be a busier month than we expected. Although we have no weddings in March, we have been staying busy and will soon be heading to Las Vegas for a big photographer’s conference.
Rochelle had her first birthday! It’s amazing how quickly time goes by. We were warned but you don’t realize it until you experience it for yourself. It was fun looking through this past year’s photos of her and see how much she has changed. She is so precious and is learning everyday. I can’t wait to see what kind of person she develops into.
I celebrated my last birthday (or so James calls number 29). So far the idea of turning 30 doesn’t scare me. Ask me again in a year!
Some of you know that James has been keeping a full-time job doing electrical engineering stuff. Well… he turned in his notice and is jumping into the photography full-time. We are very excited and nervous about the changes but believe that will help us do even better. We’ve had so many ideas, projects, inspiration that have been on the back-burner because of lack of time. We’ve started working on some and will be revealing updates come April so stay tunned! (If you have not checked our website recently, you’ll see bigger newer photos and slide-shows.)
Last but not least: we are expecting baby number 2! This little blessing is due around mid-September. We’ve already scheduled a third photographer to help us around that those dates and have other photographers as back-ups ready to show up in case of emergency. Please be patient with us if your photos are a little late around that time.
