Our little kiddos

Tuesday, July 29th, 2008

I started thinking about the last photos we posted of our little ones and realized it has been way to long. In fact it was probably February when I posted photos of Rochelle’s birthday and these photos were taken right before Ezra’s birthday a couple weeks ago. More to come on his birthday. Here are [...]

Sean and Tabitha’s wedding in Newton Falls, Ohio

Monday, July 21st, 2008

Sean and Tabitha were one of the finalists for our free wedding photography contest this spring, and thanks to the generosity of Ohio photographers Andrew Jordan, Tom Forrest, and Sam Carrington, we were able to provide free photography to all four finalists!

Rhonda and Tom’s Engagement Session

Wednesday, July 16th, 2008

I recently met up with Rhonda and Tom at Huntington Beach near Rocky River for their engagement shoot. We started off near the beach where we found a few isolated corners that weren’t run over by busy beach-goes on a hot summer evening. That was all well and good until Rhonda and Tom hit the jackpot with a nicely hidden grassy medow near by that was surrounded by trees. Great find, guys! Stay tuned for the conclusion next July!

Darshan and Raina’s wedding – Columbus

Monday, July 14th, 2008

Last week I got a call from the Toronto based film and photo company called StillMotion asking to help them cover a very large Indian wedding taking place in Columbus.  This sounded like a very interesting opportunity and since I rarely get to second shoot at weddings, I accepted.  I had a great time working [...]

Out of the office until Monday

Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

As you can tell by our blogging rate the last few months, we’ve been going at a feverish pace for a while now.  We think it might be time to take a little break and hang out with the kids for a few days up on the lake.  we might check our e-mail while we [...]

Karri and Steve’s Engagement Session

Tuesday, July 8th, 2008

It doesn’t happen vary often, but it’s nice when you get to do a session in your own back yard (well, almost).  We met Karri and Steve at a small bridal show in Canton, and we hit it off right away.  So far, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with and shooting their [...]

Steve and Victoria’s wedding at Deluca’s Place

Monday, July 7th, 2008

This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of photographing Steve and Tori’s wedding at Deluca’s Place in Lorain. We were honored as a professional graphic designer and even a wedding photographer in a previous life, Tori chose to have us cover her day. The invitations and the lighting arrangement under the pavilion (both designed by Tori) were amazing!

Kathleen’s senior session

Sunday, July 6th, 2008

For those of you that check the blog often, I know there are a couple of you, you’ve probably noticed I don’t show much senior photos. To be honest, I was not familiar with the concept growing up so it was new territory for me. Thankfully I get a fun senior like Kathleen and now [...]

Romantic session – last photos from Mexico

Friday, July 4th, 2008

Two days after Cody and Alyssa’s wedding we did a mock trash the dress session. I say mock because she wasn’t wearing her wedding dress. I hope I get to do more of these sessions in the future because they are so fun for us and for the couple. These sessions open up doors to [...]

C’s boudoir

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

C’s husband is about to turn 30 and she wanted to surprise him with something more personal. I think these photos will do the trick, don’t you?

More from Mexico- Puerto Vallarta

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

I’ve been eager to share some more photos from my trip to Mexico. The day after the wedding, Michelle Turner and I had a blast photographing John and Jen in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Starting at 8 am has some benefits: the light is gorgeous, the humidity and temperatures are milder but the local Starbucks is [...]
