Tonya and Todd’s bridal session in Kent, Ohio

We are overdue on lots of different sessions but I would like the spread them out a little.

First up Todd and Tonya’s bridal or trash the dress session or just all around fun photo session. This couple hired us after being disappointed with their wedding photos that were taken only a few months ago. Stories like theirs brake my heart because I believe each couple deserves wonderful wedding photos.

I also now know from experience that Tonya and Todd are easy to photograph. I’m not sure we could have taken bad photos of them if we tried. It did help that they were game for just about anything. Too bad the water was freezing.

I couldn’t decide which photo I like best so here are two similar ones: (I took the first in color with flare and James took the second in black and white)

Thanks for a fun afternoon in good ol’ Kent Ohio where both Tonya and I went to college. Happy to hear you like what you’ve seen!

    These are awesome pictures. It should definitely make up for less than perfect pictures by someone else.

    Awe these pictures are beautiful!!! You both look awsome. Your hair really held up i wonder who did it?? lol. I may have to meet with this photographer for my wedding!!

    Genevieve these pictures are amazing, which is not at all suprising considering the photographer and Tonya and Todd! I am so happy that Tonya finally got the wedding picuters she was origanlly hoping for!

    You did a wonderful job Genevieve! I can’t wait to see the rest. After seeing how heartbreaking the disappointment was from their original wedding photos (which I still don’t understand because the wedding was amazing!) I can tell you the smile on her face as she showed me these photos and told me how much better she felt was priceless. Great job! Glad to see someone could catch the beauty and happiness going on between these two lovebirds in a photo. :)

    Todd and Tonya the two of you never fail to amaze me!! I am thrilled that you finally have the wedding pictures that the two of you love!! The both of you look like you had a great time posing for these shots. I guess we found our photographer for next years wedding in my family!
