Big Announcement
I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that I am NOT pregnant. Instead I wanted to introduce to you April, our new office manager and first employee.
Business has been going well, so well in fact that we are spending all our time working and neglecting our family and friends. So we decided to hire someone to focus on the business part of things like emails, scheduling, packaging and shipping albums, ordering photos and such so we can focus on doing what we do best: capturing and creating outstanding images.
Meet April: she’s been around for a couple years from babysitting and the kids love her dearly. She’s a senior at Malone and will be gradutating this summer. We’ll see how long we can keep her around before she follows her calling of being a teacher to young kids.

I captured the first snow of the season falling on her

Thanks for joining the Nisly Team, April! We are thrilled to have you on board and you’ve already made our job easier.
I think she may have my dream job! Congrats on being so busy and hiring your first employee! WOO HOO!!
Genevive and James – Congratulations on hiring your first employee! That’s a huge deal. You guys are awesome!

LOL on the not pregnant thing! What a wonderful perk of working for a photog- to get a session done as part of being a new hire. Welcome!
Thanks for the nice comments. Stacy: I’m afraid you have too high expectations of what this job is. Our office and the organizing required aren’t that glamorous.
Alexa: nice to see you post! The maternity session you are dying to see will be up in a week or so.
Welcome April!!!
Congratulations Genevieve and James for hiring your first employee – fabulous news! Congrats April on working with two of the most talented people I know!
Most Sincerely

Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me! I feel truly blessed to work with two amazing people. James and Genvieve have made me feel very apart of their team and I have had a great transition to my new job. I love what I do and enjoy every minute, even when conditions aren’t “glamorous.” Thanks again!
