Umesh and Falguni’s Indian wedding at La Centre
by Genevieve ~ November 6th, 2008. Filed under: Indian Weddings. This past Sunday I was asked by my friend Rob from RAD to second shoot an Indian wedding. I knew it would be a long day but probably also a colorful one. Vibrant, full of emotion, respectful of their elders, elaborate, caring, celebratory are just a few words to describe Umesh and Falguni wedding. They had the details of the day planned out very well and were such a joy to be around. I enjoyed working with some familiar faces such as the ladies from White Flower and Scott from Moonstruck and seeing another photographer in action.
Ceremony and Reception location: LaCentre
Florist: Fresh Tendrils
Cake: White Flower Cake Shoppe
Now prepare yourselves for a LOT of photos! I enjoyed starting the day with the groom Umesh for a change.

Starting the Barratt outside La Centre

Tearful goodbyes where the Falguni officially leaves her family

Then on the the reception where Marianne and Lauren are putting the final touches on the amazing cake

Enjoy! And Rob: have fun editing these
