Michael and Katie’s wedding at Glenmoor Country Club
Michael and Katie did it right. Somewhere around 200 of their friends and family came from all over the country and beyond to take over Glenmoor Country Club for the weekend. Over the course of three days,they had time to catch up, eat together, play tennis, golf, and football and finally, to witness the marriage of Michael and Katie, and to celebrate with them. I can only imagine how this would help to bring the members of each other’s families who might not have known each other together.
Katie used to work with one of the best wedding planners in the area, Eileen Benson, so I’m sure it was an easy choice for Katie to have Eileen help her with her own wedding. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Eileen and her team, and I hope we get to do so a lot more in the future!

Katie painted the katubah with paint brushes that was owned by Michael’s late father, Irwin.
The party got off to quite a start with the traditional Hora dance. The very capable Jerry Bruno Orchestra had no trouble keeping the momentum going for the rest of the night.

As a public defender, Michael was very much in his element addressing the guests during the reception with a very well written and engaging speech to thank and honor those most important to them.
