Brett and Julia met while working ar a large music distribution company in California. One of the perks of a job like this are copious amounts of music sitting around one’s cubicle which I would assume was a likely source of the music that Julia sent to us. What was scary was just how precisely she had nailed our musical tastes. Several of the albums that she sent are still in heavy rotation around the office.
Farms are such a great backdrop for family photos. One extra bonus was the soybean fields at the family farm in Canal Fulton. Extra bonuses were the unusually warm fall temperatures and gorgeous colors we had to accompany Sara and Greg’s family portraits. I’ve been noticing golden soy fields while driving around and thought they would make a great backdrop in images. I was so glad we were able to incorporate them and for such a lovely family.
Nolan was about to turn one when mom realized it was past time for some family portraits. These kids have loads of energy and cuteness. Nolan is bound to start walking any day now to keep up with his sisters.
Here is the third installment of little Clara’s baby photos. The dad, Greg, had been wanting to do colorful outside photos and the day could not have been better. Of course we also took the time to make some Christmas portraits. Can’t believe this baby girl is already 6 months old.
While Scott and Susan have extensive experience with raising kids, the whole pregnancy thing is brand new to them. This couple adopted 3 siblings and are already amazing parents. With this being her first and last pregnancy, Scott and Susan knew they wanted to document this time in their lives. I was thrilled to play my part take their maternity photos at our studio in Canton, Ohio. Susan just looks stunning with her pregnancy glow.
Ever since I met Heather from inlux photography, I was hoping I would have the chance to photograph her some day. She has a radiant face and vibrant hair that looks amazing in images. Her smile is just contagious
Nathaniel and Valerie gave us carte blanche and were volunteering to be guinea pigs for their engagement session in Cleveland: this is something that is exhilarating and terrifying all at once. We are not used to having this amount of liberty to choose locations and try out new ideas. It was also rewarding to try new things and see the results as well as the couple’s personality come through in the images.
