Cleveland engagement session – Valerie and Nathaniel

by Genevieve ~ November 2nd, 2009. Filed under: Engagement Sessions.

Nathaniel and Valerie gave us carte blanche and were volunteering to be guinea pigs for their engagement session in Cleveland: this is something that is exhilarating and terrifying all at once. We are not used to having this amount of liberty to choose locations and try out new ideas. It was also rewarding to try new things and see the results as well as the couple’s personality come through in the images.

I had noticed this spot a while ago and was eager to use for the right couple. V+N were THE couple

I hope we met your expectations Nathaniel and Valerie of avoiding “cutesy”. We can’t wait for your wedding! It won’t be long now

Wonderful light in these, Genevieve! This couple looks absolutely comfortable and beautiful in front of your lens. I LOVE the close-up of their faces together with the light bursting through from behind – just magical! Great work as usual. Thanks for sharing.
