Brett and Julia’s kickin’ vintage wedding at the Canton Club
Early in the booking process, Julia figured out the most direct, and fastest path to my heart; a totally unannounced and utterly unexpected box of roughly twenty music CDs shipped to our studio. I was familiar with most of the bands, but I didn’t own any of the albums in the box. This was like Christmas times eight for me.
Brett and Julia met while working ar a large music distribution company in California. One of the perks of a job like this are copious amounts of music sitting around one’s cubicle which I would assume was a likely source of the music that Julia sent to us. What was scary was just how precisely she had nailed our musical tastes. Several of the albums that she sent are still in heavy rotation around the office.

If I told you where they got these frickin’ sweet Glen Plaid three piece suits, you wouldn’t believe me. I may just have to get one.

The space at the Canton Club on the 14th floor of the Chase building in Canton was the perfect setting for the reception. It provided the perfect setting for Brett and Julia’s vintage theme as well as some amazing views of downtown Canton.

My sister got married and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.
Kidding! I also got to take my wife to a rippin’ swanky soiree, and I got to see Julia happier than she’s ever been. Well, except for the time I bought her the chess set for Christmas.
Fabulous sister! Been sharing the amazing pix with all who will see – some folks just like looking at them without even knowing you two because they are so beautiful. Thank you for grand affair. We enjoyed a memory of a lifetime. Can we do it again soon!
