Hiring: office manager

Many of you have gotten to know our office manager, April, over the last couple of years. She has been an instrumental part of the Genevieve Nisly Photography team and while we are thrilled she has found her “someone” and is getting married this October, we are also sad she will be moving away.

That means that we are now on the hunt  for a new office manager to take her place in the very near future. If you are interested in this position, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part time position of roughly 20 to 30 hours a week and you would be working with us in our home office in Canton.

We are looking for someone with good communication and organizational skills, is a self starter, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, doesn’t mind James’ taste in music, solid knowledge of computer basics, and is cool with our young kids as we all end up in pretty close proximity on a daily basis.  Design skills with Photoshop and InDesign experience is a major, major plus.

Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and sessions with clients, keeping track of print and album orders, packaging and shipping, uploading client galleries, basic data entry type bookkeeping in quickbooks, and the occasional hanging out with the kids when both James and Genevieve have appointments at the same time.
