Dave and Erin, part 2: the photobooth

This is the second installment of Dave and Erin’s wedding at Windows on the River. Here is a taste of photobooth we set up at the reception: no fancy machines, just a trigger happy photographer and some volunteer subjects with a sense of humor.

Twins turning 15!

Kelly was in another bridal party we photographed last summer and recommended us to Erin and Dave. Thanks Kelly! We still like you even though you don’t want to see us again for a while

The image held was a prop during the toast. It served to show the similarity between Dave and Erin’s Dad at that age. Kinda freeky!

This whole photo booth thing is turning out to be a lot of fun. It usually takes a bit for people to warm up to the idea, but once they do, it’s a blast seeing how people improvise. While whole mall-style “cram’em in and close the curtain” type booths might be a quaint idea, we find that things develop much more naturally if you give people a little breathing room. This group needed very little encouragement!
